Board Changes
RemSense Technologies Limited ( ASX: REM ) ( RemSense or Company ) advises the resignation of Chris Sutherland and Sue Murphy as a non - executive directors of the Company effective today.
Current director Ross Taylor has been appointed chairman.
Two founding shareholders of the company, Richard Pace and John Clegg, have today been appointed to the Board.
Richard Pace has extensive business experience having started and sold highly successful businesses a number of times. He is an experienced leader and marketer having previously held the position of President of the Australian Marketing Institute (WA) and Chairman of the Food and Beverage Manufacturing Council.
John Clegg is an experienced chartered accountant and has been a director and advisor to various businesses and industries. He is currently a director of Omnivest Business Consultants.
