DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Technology solutions company RemSense Technologies Limited (ASX: REM) (“RemSense”) wishes to advise that Nicole O’Connor has resigned as a director of the Company. A changed policy condition of employment with her current employer necessitated the resignation from the board of RemSense.
Chairman Chris Sutherland said
“Nicole has been an active board member and contributor to the strategy that is currently being implemented. We are all disappointed with her resignation but understand the need for her to maintain her primary employment. We wish Nicole well with her future endeavours.”
The Board wish to thank Nicole her time on the board of the Company.
