DIRECTOR RETIREMENT
RemSense Technologies Limited ( ASX: REM ) ( RemSense or Company ) advises that Stephen Brown has stepped down as a Director of the Company.
RemSense Chairman Chris Sutherland said:
“As the key founder of RemSense, Steve’s contribution, drive and technical knowhow have created our core product, virtualplant. His establishment of key relationships will be an enduring legacy for the Company. Steve has assisted the smooth transition to our new CEO Warren Cook since late August 2023. On behalf of the Board, I thank Steve for his enormous efforts over many years and wish him well in his retirement”
