2025 AGM CHAIRMAN’S ADDRESS
Welcome and thank you for joining us at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of RemSense Technologies Limited. It is a privilege to address you today as we reflect on a year that has been both strategically significant and operationally progressive for the Company.
Before turning to the year in review, I want to make clear an important statement on behalf of the Board and management, RemSense today possesses technology that is world-class, industry-leading and genuinely unique in its capability. The strength of virtualplant and the broader suite of technologies we are developing places us at the forefront of reality-digital transformation. Despite this, we firmly believe the Company remains undervalued relative to its technical achievements, its growing client base and its long-term commercial potential. To address this, we are increasingly focused on driving broader market recognition of RemSense’s capability, not only through customer delivery, but through enhanced industry visibility, investor engagement, and strategic positioning beyond the direct customer interface.
Throughout 2025, RemSense has continued to execute with discipline, strengthen its technological capabilities, and reinforce the commercial foundations needed to scale the business in the period ahead.
At the centre of our progress is virtualplant , our flagship visualisation platform. The past year has seen a series of significant enhancements to virtualplant's usability, performance, accuracy, and scalability, driven by our ongoing commitment to innovation and client feedback. virtualplant continues to prove itself as a highly differentiated solution that improves operational visibility, safety, and productivity across complex asset environments. The impact of these improvements is clear: customers are able to deploy the platform faster, integrate it more broadly and seamlessly, and extract even greater value.
A standout theme of 2025, aside from the technological advancements, has been the expansion of our client base - not diversification, but genuine expansion - with the addition of major global operators. The onboarding of Shell and ExxonMobil represents a material milestone for the Company. These organisations are among the most technically rigorous and operationally demanding in the world, and their decision to adopt RemSense’s technology is a strong validation of our capability, reliability, and value proposition. These engagements have already opened new pathways for deployment, both domestically and internationally, and they strengthen our long-term revenue profile through larger-scale rollout opportunities.

Operationally, we have continued to refine our delivery model, ensuring we remain efficient and responsive as the scale of our work increases. We have maintained strong financial discipline, streamlined key processes, and prioritised investment into those areas that directly enhance the commercial strength of virtualplant . As a result, RemSense enters FY26 with improved operational resilience, a stronger balance sheet, and a clearer pathway toward predictable, high-quality revenue streams.
We have also strengthened our industry partnerships, which remain crucial to expanding our reach without unnecessary capital expenditure. These collaborations allow us to integrate complementary technologies, access new geographies, and increase our rate of deployment.
As clients increasingly demand digital solutions that reduce risk and optimise asset performance, our ecosystem of partners helps ensure virtualplant is positioned as a critical tool in the digital-operations landscape.
The broader macro environment continues to favour companies delivering practical, data-rich digital transformation solutions. Industries with complex infrastructure, such as energy, resources, utilities, defence and industrial services are accelerating investment in digital twins, remote asset management, and operational visibility. virtualplant sits squarely within this global shift, offering a high-fidelity, intuitive, and operationally impactful product at a time when the market’s need for such capability has never been stronger.
Looking toward 2026, our priorities are focused and deliberate. We will continue to support the expansion of virtualplant within major clients, capitalise on the momentum created through the addition of Shell and Exxon, and pursue further enterprise-level opportunities.
We will continue enhancing the platform to ensure it remains at the forefront of reality-digital innovation. And we will maintain the financial discipline that has guided us through what has in the past been a challenging operating environment and positioned us for sustainable growth.
In closing, I extend my sincere thanks to our shareholders for their support, to our clients for their trust, to my fellow Board members, and to our exceptional team for their commitment, expertise, and resilience. RemSense enters 2026 with momentum, clarity, and high confidence in our ability to deliver long-term value for all stakeholders.
Thank you
Ross Taylor
