3 The Company primarily deals in the business of manufacturing and repairs of Transformers as single segment hence Segment
Reporting as defined in Indian Accounting Standard 108 (Ind-As-108) is not applicable to the Company.
4 The Company has filed an application U/S 7 of IBC, 2016 with NCLT Mumbai Bench for inititating Corporate Insolvency Resolution
Process against Choudhary Global Limited for outstanding amount of Rs. 8,66,50,000/-. Hence the Mangament has decided to create
a 'provision for bad and doubtful advances' of Rs. 8,66,50,000/-In Current year Rs.43,15,000/- has been recevied from the party.
Accordingly, he provision made in F.Y. 2024-25 has been reversed to the extent of Rs. 43,15,000/-
5 Amount of Rs.85,00,000/- pertaining to M/S Deekay Iron and Steel Pvt Ltd,was writen off in FY 2022-23. Rs.35,00,000/- is now being
recovered from this party and accounted as bad debts written back, which is inclued in other income. Further efforts are being made
to recover the balance amount of dues.

It is observed initially that Mr. Kishinchand Bulchand Mirchandani was owner of the said flat. He died on 31/12/2008 , and his surviving legal heirs are:

The above legal heirs mutually, willingly, and without any coercion, executed a Release Deed dated 29/03/2022 in favour of Mr. Dayal Kishinchand Mirchandani, duly registered at the office of the Registrar of Bombay, bearing Registration No. BRL-5/5325/2022. By virtue of the said Release Deed, Mr. Dayal Kishinchand Mirchandani became the absolute owner of the said flat.

Thereafter, by virtue of ownership rights, Mr. Dayal Kishinchand Mirchandani gifted the said flat to his sons:
