i. Reason for change viz. appointment, resignation, removal, death or otherwise:

• a) Appointment of Shri Subrajit Bhowmick as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.

• b) Shri Sandeep Khosla CFO of the Company, elevated to CFO of Reliance Infrastructure Limited, the Promoter of Reliance Power Limited.

ii. Date of appointment/cessation (as applicable) & term of appointment

Both effective from September 25, 2021.

iii. Brief profile (in case of appointment):

Shri Subrajit Bhowmick is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary with extensive hands on experience of over 25 years. He has established record of success in the field of project finance, especially Infrastructure Sector and extensive experience in Relationship Management, Credit Appraisal, Project Structuring, Term Sheet Negotiation, Debt Syndication etc.

Shri Bhowmick is associated with Reliance Group for last 11 years. Prior to joining Reliance Power Limited, he was associated within the group with Reliance Infrastructure Limited as President – Finance.

He has also worked with IDBI Bank Ltd, North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Ltd and Assam Carbon Products Ltd.
