Sub.: Update on receipt of amounts towards Second and Final Call on the partly paid-up equity shares of the Company

The Company, pursuant to fixing of November 10, 2021 as the record date for payment of Second and Final Call on the partly paid-up equity shares of the Company, had sent the Second and Final Call Notice to the shareholders of the Company as on the record date for payment of Rs. 628.50 per partly paid-up equity share towards Second and Final Call, during the period from November 15, 2021 to November 29, 2021.

The Company has received an amount of ₹ 26,338.14 crore (approximately 99% of the aggregate amount due on the Second and Final Call), on 41,90,63,478 equity shares.

The Company has completed the corporate action for credit of 41,87,97,736 equity shares of ₹ 10/each and these fully paid-up equity shares would be available for trading on the Stock Exchanges with effect from December 10, 2021 (ISIN: INE002A01018).
