Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - ‘Record Date’ for the purpose of Second and Final Call on 42,26,26,894 partly paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each issued and allotted on rights basis

The Company had, vide letter dated March 26, 2021, intimated inter-alia that the Second and Final Call of Rs. 628.50 per partly paid-up equity share (including a premium of Rs. 623.50 per share) on 42,26,26,894 partly paid-up equity shares would be payable from November 15, 2021 to November 29, 2021 (both days inclusive).

In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Rights Issue Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today, fixed Wednesday, November 10, 2021 as the ‘ Record Date ’ for the purpose of determining the holders of the partly paid-up equity shares who shall be liable to pay the money on the Second and Final Call.

Trading of the partly paid-up equity shares of the Company (Rs.5.00 paid-up - held under ISIN: IN9002A01032) on the stock exchanges would be suspended with effect from November 9, 2021. The last date for trading of these partly paid-up equity shares will be November 8, 2021.

It may be noted that, trading of the Rs. 2.50 partly paid-up equity shares of the Company (ISIN: IN9002A01024) on the stock exchanges is already suspended with effect from May 11, 2021.
