Smt. Bhama Krishnamurthy (DIN:02196839), Independent Director of the Company, ceased to be a Director of the Company upon completion of her term on March 25, 2023.

Smt. Bhama Krishnamurthy, joined the Board of Directors of the Company in the year 2015.

The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the contributions made by Smt. Bhama Krishnamurthy, during her tenure on the Board of the Company.

The composition of the Board of Directors of the Company continues to be in compliance with the requirements prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR.
