RCOM’s b usiness p o rtfolio co m prises Business to Business ( B2B) busi n esses na m ely Global an d Indian en t erprise, in t ernet data centres (I D C), global submarin e cable net w ork and intern a tional long distance v oice with ~40,000 Gl o bal and In d ian custo m ers

RCOM’s c o nsolidate d revenues for half ye a r ended 3 0 th Septem b er 2018 is Rs.2,022 c rore and EBIT D A of Rs. 275 crore. The EBI T DA margi n was at 1 3.6%. Indian operations’ revenues a nd EBITD A stood at Rs. 918 c r ore and R s .35 crore respective l y; while G l obal business c ontribute d revenue s and EBITDA of R s.1,291 c rore and Rs.240 c rore respectively.

th RCOM’s c o nsolidate d revenue s for quart e r ended 3 0 Septe m ber 2018 i s of Rs. 1,014 crore and EBITDA o f Rs. 13 9 crore. The EBITD A margin was at 1 3 .70 %. I n dian operations ’ revenues and EBIT D A stood a t Rs. 436 crore and Rs.14 cro r e respecti v ely; w hile Glo b al business contribu t ed revenu e s and E B ITDA of R s. 661 cr o re and R s .125 crore resp e ctively. RCOM re p orted loss e s related to discontinued busin e sses of R s .165 crore for the qu a rter as compar e d to Rs.2 3 3 crore fo r the trailin g quarter.
