1. The company has not submitted the financial results as per format prescribed by SEBI.

Company Reply: - In this regard we here by confirm that the figures for the half year ended 31st March, 2021 are the balancing figure between the audited figure for the full financial year ended as on 31s March, 2021 and the unaudited figures of previous half year ended as on 30th September, 2020.

Kindly consider the above as a part of financial results as on 31st march, 2021, which were submitted to the exchange as on 30th June 2021.
