WEEKLY INFORMATION PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Milan, September 19 th 2022

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), communicates that, according to treasury share purchase program, in the period from 13th September 2022 to 19 th September 2022, it has made the purchase of treasury shares as in the table below, pursuant to the authorization to purchase and to the disposal of treasury shares approved.

The purchases were made with the coordination of BPER Banca S.p.A., an intermediary entrusted with full independence and autonomy for the implementation of the buy-back program for own ordinary shares.

Furthermore, it should be pointed out that on 13th September 2022, at the closing of the M&A transaction of Venticento S.r.l, No. 17,145 treasury shares have been assigned to the shareholders of Venticento S.r.l with a lock-up agreement of 12 months from the closing date.

Therefore, as of the date of this press release, Relatech S.p.A. directly holds no. 905,032 treasury shares, equal to 2.09% of the share capital.
