Company and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), communicates that, according to treasury share purchase program, in the period from 18 th January 2021 to 22nd January 2021, it has made the purchase of treasury shares as in the table below, pursuant to the authorization to purchase and to the disposal of treasury shares approved.

In this regard, it should be noted that, on 19thJanuary 2021, no. 20,300 treasury shares has been given to the shareholder Mennone SpA reference subholding of Dr. Carlotta Gatteschi (previous shareholder of Ocme, a multinational company based in Parma and active in industrial packaging) with an off-market operation at a price of euro 8.00 per share.
