WEEKLY INFORMATION PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Milan, April 23th 2021

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (D.E.S.K.) Company and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), communicates that, according to treasury share purchase program, in the period from 19th April 2021 to 23rd April 2021, it has made the purchase of treasury shares as in the table below, pursuant to the authorization to purchase and to the disposal of treasury shares approved.

It should be noted that, on 22 April 2021, the Board of Directors verified the achievement of some objectives set out in the "Stock Grant Plan 2021 - 2023" incentive plan and assigned to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Pasquale Lambardi no. 43,191 treasury shares held by Relatech and to the Deputy Chairman, Gianni Franco Papa no. 43,191 treasury shares held by Relatech.

Therefore, as of the date of this press release, Relatech S.p.A. directly holds no. 1,433,256 treasury shares, equal to 4.37% of the share capital.
