WEEKLY INFORMATION PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES
Milan, June 25th 2021
Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), announces that has carried out on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("AIM Italia"), as part of the buy-back program approved by the shareholders' meeting of December 30, 2020, in the period from 21st June 2021 to 25th June 2021, the purchase of a total of no. 15,750 ordinary shares for a total value of Euro 40,020.75.
The purchases were made with the coordination of BPER Banca S.p.A., an intermediary entrusted with full independence and autonomy for the implementation of the program for the purchase of ordinary treasury shares.
Below is a breakdown on a daily basis of the purchases made in the above period, based on the information provided by the aforementioned intermediary in charge:

In addition, it should be noted that today, following the achievement of specific qualitative and quantitative objectives relating to the results for the year 2020, the Board of Directors assigned as a variable component of remuneration to the Chairman and CEO Pasquale Lambardi no. 45,977 treasury shares held by Relatech and to the director Silvio Cosoleto no. 22,988 treasury shares held by Relatech.
Finally, 18,675 treasury shares have been assigned to some managers and employees of Relatech as part of the company's incentive policy.
Therefore, as at the date of this press release, Relatech S.p.A. directly holds no. 1,426,307 treasury shares, equal to 3.78% of the share capital.
