INFORMATIVA SETTIMANALE ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (D.E.S.K.) Company e PMI innovativa quotata sul mercato AIM Italia (Ticker: RLT), comunica di aver effettuato, nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie, nel periodo dal 26 ottobre 2020 al 30 ottobre 2020, l'acquisto di azioni proprie di cui alla tabella che segue, in esecuzione dell'autorizzazione all'acquisto e alla disposizione di azioni proprie deliberata. La Società specifica, altresì, di aver inserito nel suddetto comunicato, l'acquisto di n. 700 azioni proprie avvenuto in data 23 ottobre 2020, operazione non inclusa nel comunicato stampa pubblicato dalla Società il 23 ottobre 2020.

The Company also specifies that it has included in this press release, the purchase of no. 700 treasury shares which took place on 23rd October 2020, a transaction not included in the press release published by the Company on 23rd October 2020.
