INFORMATIVA SETTIMANALE ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (D.E.S.K.) Company e PMI innovativa quotata sul mercato AIM Italia (Ticker: RLT), comunica di aver effettuato, nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie, nel periodo dal 23 novembre 2020 al 27 novembre 2020, l'acquisto di azioni proprie di cui alla tabella che segue, in esecuzione dell'autorizzazione all'acquisto e alla disposizione di azioni proprie deliberata. Comunica altresì di aver completato il programma di acquisto di azioni proprie deliberato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti in data 14 febbraio 2020. Company and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), communicates that, according to treasury share purchase program, in the period from 23rd November 2020 to 27 th November 2020, it has made the purchase of treasury shares as in the table below, pursuant to the authorization to purchase and deliberate disposal of treasury shares. Communicates also that it has completed the treasury share purchase program approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 14th February 2020.
