RELATECH: NOTICE OF DOCUMENTS PUBLICATION

Milan, 6 April 2021

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (D.E.S.K.) Company and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), with reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of Relatech S.p.A. ("Relatech" or the "Company") convened, in ordinary and extraordinary session, on 23 April 2021, announces that the documents are available to the public on the Company's website (www.relatech.com), in the "Investors - Corporate Documents ":

• the notice of meeting of the ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meeting, published today, in excerpt, on Gazzetta Ufficiale;
• the explanatory report of the board of directors of the Company, on the items on the agenda of the aforementioned Shareholders' Meeting;
• form for granting the proxy to the Designated Representative pursuant to art. 135 undecies of the D. Lgs. no. 58/1998;
• form for granting the proxy/sub-delegation to the Designated Representative appointed exclusively pursuant to art. 135-novies, D. Lgs no. 58/1998

Additional documentation relating to the Shareholders' Meeting will be made available to the public in the manner and within the terms provided for by current laws and regulations.
