RELATECH: VERIFICATION OF THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES SET OUT IN THE "STOCK GRANT PLAN 2021-2023" INCENTIVE PLAN WITH REFERENCE TO THE 2021 FINANCIAL YEAR

Milan, 18th May 2022

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), announces that, today, the Board of Directors of the Company, meeting with an audio conference system, verified the achievement of the remaining objectives set by the incentive plan "Stock Grant Plan 2021 - 2023" with reference to the year ended December 31, 2021 and has assigned to the President and CEO Pasquale Lambardi no. 371,426 treasury shares held by Relatech and to the Deputy Chairman, Gianni Franco Papa no. 88,608 treasury shares held by Relatech.

The Company also inform that, net of the shares awarded pursuant to the aforementioned stock grant plan, at the date of this press release the Company holds no. 467,527 treasury shares.
