RICONOSCIUTO CREDITO DI IMPOSTA PER EURO 500 MILA A VALERE SUL BILANCIO RELATIVO ALL'ANNO IN CORSO

Milano, 4 Maggio 2020

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Company (D.E.S.C.) e PMI innovativa quotata sul mercato AIM Italia (Ticker: RLT), comunica di aver ricevuto, in data odierna, dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico, il riconoscimento del Credito di Imposta art.1, commi da 89 a 92, della legge 27 dicembre 2017, n. 205 (credito d'imposta alle PMI per costi di consulenza sostenuti a decorrere dal 1 gennaio 2018 fino al 31 dicembre 2020 e finalizzati all'ammissione alla loro quotazione in un mercato regolamentato o in sistemi multilaterali di negoziazione di uno Stato dell'Unione europea o dello Spazio economico europeo) per un ammontare di Euro €500.000,00 secondo le modalità di cui all'art. 7 del citato DM del 23 aprile 2018.

RECOGNIZED TAX CREDIT OF 500 THOUSAND EURO IN RESPECT OF BALANCE SHEET FOR THE CURRENT YEAR

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Company (D.E.S.C.) and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), communicates that it has received, today, from the Ministry of Economic Development, the recognition of the Tax Credit art.1, paragraphs from 89 to 92, of the law 27 December 2017, n. 205 (tax credit to SMEs for consultancy costs incurred from 1 January 2018 until 31 December 2020 and aimed at admission to their listing on a regulated market or in multilateral trading systems of a State of the European Union or of the European Economic Area) for an amount of Euro € 500,000.00 in accordance with the procedures set out in art. 7 of the aforementioned Ministerial Decree of 23 April 2018.
