Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Company e PMI innovativa quotata sul mercato AIM Italia (Ticker: RLT), comunica l'approvazione con Decreto di Concessione da parte del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico per il progetto Validated Question Answering proposto nell'ambito del bando "Sportello Fabbrica Intelligente - PON I&C" 2014 - 2020 di cui al D.M. 5 marzo 2018 Capo III.

OKT s.r.l., l'Azienda nata come spinf-off dell'Università della Calabria ed oggi parte del Gruppo Relatech, focalizzata su R&D nel campo delle tecnologie ICT più avanzate ed innovative, in data 22 luglio, ha ottenuto dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico

(MISE) il Decreto di Concessione per l'avvio del progetto di Ricerca Industriale denominato "Validated Question Answering" in acronimo VQA.

Il progetto presentato da Relatech S.p.A. per il tramite della controllata OKT è stato proposto in collaborazione con l' Università Magna Graecia di Catanzaro e l'azienda Altilia s.r.l., nell'ambito del Bando "FCS-Fabbrica Intelligente - Tecnologie dell'informazione e della comunicazione (TIC)".

Il progetto intende studiare nuove metodologie, algoritmi e approcci in grado di svolgere un ruolo abilitante per tecnologie di question answering capaci di convogliare all'utente dati e informazioni certificate mediante i meccanismi tipici della blockchain e che consentono la realizzazione di soluzioni software in diversi contesti applicativi con particolare riferimento all'automazione di processo nei settori finanziario e clinico/sanitario.

Una innovativa forma di "intelligence interaction tra uomo e macchina" attraverso un procedimento automatizzato e semplificato, consentirà l'estrazione e l'interrogazione di dati eterogenei con info, impiegando tecniche avanzate di Question-Answering/Reading-Comprehension e sistemi di Augmented Intelligence/Cognitive Automation per arrivare a "forme attive ed automatiche di analisi dati" oggi svolte solo grazie all'intervento umano.

Il progetto prevede una durata complessiva di tre anni con un costo complessivo totale di € 2.259.998,83 che verrà sostenuto dalle aziende partner nel corso di tale periodo e parzialmente sostenuto da agevolazioni. I costi ammissibili di ricerca e sviluppo che sosterrà la controllata OKT s.r.l. sono pari a € 359.997,14.

Svilupperemo modelli, metodi, algoritmi e approcci per l'arricchimento human-driven di dati, ovvero

di tecniche per human-in-the-loop machine learning che facilitino la creazione di training set da usare per l'apprendimento di modelli di machine learning e question answering in grado di abilitare approcci e strumenti per cognitive automation. In pratica parliamo di strumenti in grado di semplificare ed automatizzare attività complesse, o interi processi di business, che facilitano il trasferimento alla macchina di competenze possedute da esperti di dominio. Ci concentreremo su due settori quello clinico/sanitario e quello finanziario/bancario."

Nel settore clinico/sanitario – continua Pasquale Lambardi - il progetto si propone di abilitare la possibilità di offrire cure e trattamenti personalizzati a pazienti coinvolti in procedure medico/cliniche, sulla base della precision medicine che persegue la personalizzazione del trattamento medico rispetto alle caratteristiche individuali di ciascun paziente come la creazione di farmaci o pratiche mediche che sono unici per un paziente o per una specifica categoria di pazienti. Nel settore finanziario/bancario si tratterà di sviluppare soluzioni che permettano una più efficace ed efficiente gestione del processo valutativo del cliente (Customer-Driven Process), quando si tratta ad esempio di concedere un prestito o un finanziamento ad un'azienda e bisogna analizzare quanti più dati e parametri possibili (bilanci, contesto di mercato, management, impatto ambientale del business ecc.). E questo in tempi rapidi."

Relatech SpA, Digital Enabler Solution Company and innovative SME listed on the AIM Italia market (Ticker:RLT), communicates the approval by the Ministry of Economic Development with a Decree of Concession for the Validated Question Answering project proposed under the CALL Intelligent Factory - PON I&C "2014 - 2020 referred to in the DM March 5, 2018 Chapter III.

OKT s.r.l., the company born as a spinf-off of the University of Calabria and today part of the Relatech S.p.A.Group dedicated to R&D in the field of the most advanced and innovative ICT technologies, today obtained from the Ministry of Economic Development (MISE) the Concession Decree for the launch of the Industrial Research project called "Validated Question Answering" in acronym VQA.

The project presented by Relatech S.p.A. through the subsidiary OKT s.r.l. was proposed in collaboration with the Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro and the company Altilia s.r.l., as part of the "FCS-Intelligent Factory - Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)" call.

The project studies new methodologies, algorithms and approaches capable of playing an enabling role for question answering technologies capable of conveying to the user data and certified information through the typical mechanisms of the blockchain and which allow the creation of software solutions in different application contexts with particular reference to process automation in the financial and clinical / healthcare sectors.

An innovative form of "intelligence interaction between man and machine" through an automated and simplified procedure, will allow the extraction and interrogation of heterogeneous data with info, using advanced Question-Answering / Reading-Comprehension techniques and Augmented Intelligence systems / Cognitive Automation to get to "active and automatic forms of data analysis" today only carried out thanks to human intervention.

The project has a total duration of three years (36 months) with a total total cost of € 2,259,998.83 which will be borne by the partner companies during this period and partially supported by subsidies. The eligible research and development costs that the subsidiary OKT s.r.l. will bear they are € 359,997.14

We will focus on two sectors: clinical / healthcare and financial / banking. "

In the clinical / health sector - continues Pasquale Lambardi - the project aims to enable the possibility of offering personalized treatments and treatments to patients involved in medical / clinical procedures, based on the precision medicine that pursues the personalization of medical treatment with respect to the individual characteristics of each patient such as creating drugs or medical practices that are unique to a patient or to a specific category of patients. In the financial / banking sector, it will be a matter of developing solutions that allow a more effective and efficient management of the customer evaluation process (Customer-Driven Process), when it comes, for example, to granting a loan or a loan to a company and it is necessary to analyze how many as much data and parameters as possible (financial statements, market context, management, environmental impact of the business, etc.).
