RELATECH: NOTIFIED TO CONSOB THE UPDATE OF THE KID ON THE "WARRANT RELATECH 2019-2022".

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan (Ticker: RLT), announces that, today, it has notified to the competent offices of Consob the update of the KID on the "Warrant Relatech 2019-2022", as required by current regulations.

The KID (Key Information Document) is a concise and standardised information document prepared with the aim of depicting the characteristics of the product in a way that is easily usable and understandable for the investor, in accordance with the European Regulation on PRIIPs relating to retail investment products and packaged insurance products, with which it is intended to ensure comparability between different products and increase the degree of transparency of information regarding such instruments.

The KID on the "Warrant Relatech 2019-2022" is published on the Company's website under section Investor Relations (https://www.relatech.com/en/warrant-en/).
