RELATECH: PUBLICATION OF THE NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF THE CALLING OF THE EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING 21 DECEMBER 2022

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), informs that in the appropriate Investor Relations section, Corporate Documents of its website www.relatech.com, and on the storage system on the Borsa Italiana website, a new call notice has been published for the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Relatech S.p.A. scheduled on first call for 21 December 2022 and on second call for 22 December 2022, indicating the indication, as the new venue for the meeting, of the ZNR Notai office, in Milan, Via Pietro Metastasio n. 5, and, as a new time, 8:30.
