RELATECH: NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE IN THE SHAREHOLDER PARTICIPATION

Milan, 26 May 2021

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (D.E.S.K.) Company and innovative SME listed on the AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), following the announcement made on 21 May 2021 regarding the exercise of the "Warrant Relatech 2019-2022", announces that, pursuant to and for the purposes of the Transparency Regulations and Article 17 of the AIM Italia Issuers' Regulation, it has received today's communication from Ing. Silvio Cosoleto regarding the reduction of his own participation in the share capital of the company below the threshold of 5%, as a result of the aforementioned extraordinary transaction.

Pursuant to Article 26 of the AIM Italia Issuers' Regulations, updated information on the composition of the Company's shareholding structure is available on the Company's website.
