RELATECH: MERGER BY INCORPORATION OF RELATECH CONSULTING S.R.L. AND XONNE S.R.L. INTO RELATECH S.P.A.

Milan, November 21st, 2022

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), following up on the announcements made on June 30th, 2022, July 1st, 2022, August 1st, 2022 and August 4th, 2022, informs that the notarial act of merger by incorporation of Relatech Consulting S.r.l. and Xonne S.r.l. ("Merging Companies") into Relatech S.p.A. ("Relatech" or "Merging Company") was signed today.

The deed of merger will be filed for registration with the appropriate Registry of Companies within the terms of the law, of which due notice will be given to the public.
