IL MINISTERO DELLO SVILUPPO ECONOMICO APPROVA IL PROGETTO "CATCH 4.O AN INTELLIGENT CONSUMER -CENTRIC APPROACH TO MANAGE ENGAGEMENTS, CONTENTS & INSIGHTS" CON DECRETO DI CONCESSIONE TRIENNALE a favore di ITHEA s.r.l. già Spin-Off universitario del GRUPPO RELATECH S.P.A.

Sviluppare Metodologie, Tecniche, Architetture, Soluzioni Software basate su Avanzate Tecnologie di A.I., Machine and Deep Learning, che consentano poi la creazione di una Piattaforma Innovativa capace di gestire grandi flussi di dati provenienti da molteplici contesti ad alta frequenza di produzione e variazione al fine di fare analisi e previsioni utili per nuove forme di Customer Engagement e Customer Satisfaction

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (D.E.S.K.) Company e PMI innovativa quotata sul mercato AIM Italia (Ticker: RLT), comunica l'approvazione con Decreto di Concessione da parte del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico del progetto di ricerca "Catch 4.0 – An intelligence Consumer-centric Approach To manage engagements, Contents & insigHts" proposto nell'ambito programma operativo nazionale "Imprese e Competitività" 2014-2020 FESR.

Ithea s.r.l., azienda nata come spinf-off dell'Università della Calabria e oggi parte del Gruppo Relatech, focalizzata su R&D nel campo delle tecnologie ICT più avanzate ed innovative, in data 30 luglio, ha ricevuto la comunicazione di aver ottenuto dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico (MISE) il Decreto di Concessione per l'avvio del progetto di Ricerca Industriale denominato "Catch4.0".

Il Progetto, proposto in collaborazione con le aziende Jakala S.p.A., capofila, e Subcom S.r.l., ha l' obiettivo di "Studiare nuove metodologie, tecniche, architetture e soluzioni software in grado di svolgere un ruolo abilitante per la creazione di una piattaforma di analisi e previsione

applicata al customer engagement e customer satisfaction, attraverso la quale sperimentare nuove opportunità di utilizzo dei flussi di dati provenienti da molteplici contesti ad alta frequenza di produzione e variazione."

Ithea, all'interno del progetto, si occuperà di sviluppare una innovativa piattaforma di Customer Engagement che tramite l'utilizzo di algoritmi evoluti di A.I. e, in particolare, di deep learning, sia in grado di generare un arricchimento automatico di contenuti digitali e la generazione automatica di metadati su cataloghi di dati complessi composti da una combinazione di testo, immagini, audio e video, con l'obiettivo di generare raccomandazioni particolarmente efficaci sulla base del profilo dell'utente.

Ithea per sviluppare la sua parte di progetto, conterà sulle proprie competenze nel campo delle tecnologie digitali di frontiera, i Digital Enabler, e protrà contare sulla consulenza dei propri partner scientifici che, per questo progetto, sono l'ICAR-CNR e il Centro di Competenza ICT-SUD.

Con l'occasione del progetto "Catch4.0" Ithea, grazie alle sue competenze in ambito Big Data analytics, IoT e Realtà Aumentata e Virtuale, raccoglierà ed analizzerà in tempo reale fonti di dati eterogenei provenienti da differenti devices (wearable, driverless cars, smart objects,), al fine di estrarre informazioni, si occuperà di profilare il customer attraverso le più moderne tecniche di Machine e Deep Learning, attivare strategie di engagement e modelli predittivi mediante le potenzialità avanzante di Artificial Intelligence.

Basandosi sulle proprie conoscenze di tecnologie di AR/VR, Ithea sperimenterà nuovi modelli di fruizione, distribuzione e gestione di contenuti aumentati attraverso tecnologie immersive e contenuti digitali on demand attraverso distributed ledger, in particolare per la gestione di diritti digitali e di messaging e reviewing.

Verrà sviluppata anche un'infrastruttura basata su Blockchain per la gestione certificata dei diritti d'uso di contenuti digitali on demand, e la certificazione della reputazione delle recensioni rilasciate da utenti, il tutto attraverso l'utilizzo di Distributed Ledger.

Il progetto prevede una durata complessiva di tre anni (36 mesi) con un costo ammissibile totale di € 4.292.331,26 che verrà sostenuto dalle aziende partner nel corso di tale periodo.

I costi ammissibili di ricerca e sviluppo che saranno sostenuti da Ithea ammontano a

€ 1.644.700,00.

Questo progetto – conclude Pasquale Lambardi - vede Relatech investire ancora in ricerca considerando tale attività uno degli asset fondamentali del nostro business. Una attività che ci permette di essere sempre innovativi e di sperimentare nuove frontiere tecnologiche. E catch 4.0 sarà occasione di un altro filone: estenderne le funzionalità a Piattaforme di "smart working" con possibilità di visualizzare le interazioni e di definire e monitorare i task, utilizzando i distributed ledger per l'assegnazione e verifica dei rilasci con gestione anche dei diritti digitali della attività svolte. Ambienti intelligenti di smart working permetteranno di gestire le attività di ICT in modo nuovo, disegneranno fabbriche miste (fisiche e virtuali) gestite come se la presenza dei collaboratori fosse fisica. Nuovi feature saranno implementati nella nostra piattaforma digitale e cloud based RePlatform. Il futuro per noi è già oggi."

Company and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), communicates the approval with the Decree of Concession by the Ministry of Economic Development of the research project "Catch 4.0 - An intelligence Consumer-centric Approach To manage engagements, Contents & insigHts" proposed in the national operational program "Enterprise and Competitiveness" 2014 -2020 FESR.

Ithea s.r.l., a company born as spinf-off of the University of Calabria and today part of the Relatech Group, focused on R&D in the field of the most advanced and innovative ICT technologies, on 30 July, received the communication of having obtained from the Ministry of Development Economic (MISE) the Concession Decree for the launch of the Industrial Research project called "Catch4.0".

The Project, proposed in collaboration with the leading companies Jakala S.p.A. and Subcom S.r.l., has the aim of "Studying new methodologies, techniques, architectures and software solutions capable of playing an enabling role for the creation of an analysis platform and

forecast applied to customer engagement and customer satisfaction, through which to experiment with new opportunities for using data flows from multiple contexts with high frequency of production and variation."

Within the project, Ithea will develop an innovative Customer Engagement platform which, through the use of advanced A.I. algorithms and, in particular, of deep learning, both capable of generating an automatic enrichment of digital content and the automatic generation of metadata on complex data catalogs composed of a combination of text, images, audio and video, with the aim of generating particularly effective recommendations based on the user profile.

To develop its part of the project, Ithea will count on its skills in the field of frontier digital technologies, the Digital Enablers, and will rely on the advice of its scientific partners who, for this project, are the ICAR-CNR and the Center of ICT-SUD competence.

On the occasion of the "Catch4.0" project, Ithea, thanks to its skills in Big Data analytics, IoT and Augmented and Virtual Reality, will collect and analyze in real time heterogeneous data sources from different devices (wearable, driverless cars, smart objects,), in order to extract information, will take care of profiling the customer through the most modern Machine and Deep Learning techniques, activating engagement strategies and predictive models through the advancing potential of Artificial Intelligence.

Based on its knowledge of AR/VR technologies, Ithea will experiment with new models for the use, distribution and management of augmented content through immersive technologies and digital content on demand through distributed ledgers, for the management of digital rights and messaging and reviewing.

A Blockchain-based infrastructure will also be developed for the certified management of the rights to use digital content on demand, and the certification of the reputation of reviews issued by users, all using Distributed Ledger.

The project has a total duration of three years (36 months) with a total eligible cost of € 4,292,331.26 which will be borne by the partner companies during this period. The eligible research and development costs that will be borne by Ithea amount to € 1,644,700.00.

This project - concludes Pasquale Lambardi - sees Relatech invest again in research considering this activity one of the fundamental assets of our business. An activity that allows us to always be innovative and to experiment with new technological frontiers. And catch 4.0 will be an opportunity for another strand: extend its functionality to "smart working" Platforms with the possibility of viewing the interactions and defining and monitoring the tasks, using distributed ledgers for assigning and verifying releases with management of the digital rights of the activities carried out. Smart working environments will allow you to manage ICT activities in a new way, will design mixed factories (physical and virtual) managed as if the presence of employees was physical. New features will be implemented in our digital and cloud-based platform RePlatform. The future for us is already today."
