RELATECH PUBLISHES THE 2021 ESG REPORT

Milan, 30th June 2022

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), announces the publication of the 2021 ESG Report. The 2021 ESG Report, drawn up on a voluntary basis and in compliance with the GRI Standards: Core option, testifies Relatech's commitment to continue with a significant non-financial communication path already started in 2021. The Report ESG 2021 describes the Group's alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (or SDGs). Relatech actively contributes to the following objectives related to innovation and research, decent work, health and well-being, the enhancement of resources through the training of new skills, active collaborations and partnerships, sustainable cities and communities, consumption and responsible production, attention to the environmental climate.

Pasquale Lambardi, President and CEO of Relatech: "I am pleased to present the 2021 ESG Report, testimony of the responsibilities that the Company assumes on Sustainability issues, which are increasingly hot in the current world scenario. Relatech pursues a sustainable approach in the way of doing business through a sharing of "circular" value both within the Relatech world and towards the outside world, with the aim of raising awareness in the local communities close to our offices (Milan, Brescia, Parma, Genoa, Rome, Naples, Cosenza) and contribute to the sustainable evolution of the country system. The key points of our company are confirmed in the ESG Report: the importance of Human Capital, the constant search for Innovation and the creation of a Sustainable Ecosystem. For Relatech it is essential to enhance talents, maintain high training standards and promote a corporate culture aimed at inclusiveness. To this purpose, the 12 Relatech Values were identified and shared (among them Trust, Excellence, Passion, Innovation, etc.) and paths dedicated to personal well-being were launched, including the ReCoach project which aims at the development of personal and professional soft skills through coaching. I am also very satisfied that the Relatech Group has expanded its scope of action also in the Environmental field, with projects dedicated to smart cities, responsible consumption and production."

From the 2021 ESG Report, the cornerstones of the Group's value scale are Human Value, Sutainable Innovation and Strategic Ecosystem. In first place the Talents, recognized as the most valuable resource for the growth of the Group, to which Relatech pays particular attention with significant investments in terms of training and growth of skills. Sustainable Innovation: Relatech has always aimed at innovation through an Open Innovation approach with the internal research hub and in collaboration with universities and research centers.

Relatech invests significantly in R&D and this responsibility is demonstrated by having developed, in recent years, more than 20 research projects based on cutting-edge Digital Enablers technologies. Finally, the Strategic Ecosystem, understood as the Group's commitment to create an ecosystem of stakeholders attentive to the ESG dimension, increasingly orienting the business towards sustainable systems and creating a solid dialogue with the territory and local communities.

A robust and cohesive Governance also facilitates the sharing of sustainability principles also through a methodological approach to doing business, giving further acceleration to the growth strategy 3M Strategy, Merge, Management, Margin, growth driver that has allowed Relatech to welcome in the Group new realities in 2021 (Gruppo SIGLA, Dialog Sistemi, Dtok Lab). The 3M strategy is not only designed to foster the sustainable growth of the Group but also to integrate new corporate excellence and to develop a solid responsible business.
