RELATECH: SHARES SOLD BY CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND DIRECTOR SILVIO COSOLETO

Milan, 18 June 2021

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (D.E.S.K.) Company and innovative SME listed on the AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), on the basis of what has been communicated to the same, announces that on 17th June the Chairman of the Board of Directors Pasquale Lambardi and the Director Silvio Cosoleto sold, respectively, no. 1,260,000 and no. 600,075 Relatech shares at the price of Euro 2.20 per share. Both sale transactions were carried out in blocks in favour of institutional investors.

In order to execute the aforesaid transactions, the Nomad granted a waiver of the existing lock-up agreement.
