RELATECH: APPOINTMENT NEW SPECIALIST
Milan, 12th January 2023
Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), informs, pursuant to Article 17 of the EGM Issuers Regulation, that it has conferred on 12th January 2023 the appointment of Specialist to MIT SIM S.p.A.. The appointment will take effect from 1 April 2023. MIT SIM S.p.A. will take over from BPER Banca S.p.A. who will hold the role of Specialist until 31 March 2023.
