According to the decision made by the Annual General Meeting on 23.4.2025 Reka Industrial Plc has assigned 12,625 own B shares to the members of the Board of Directors concerning period 2025-2026. The shares were assigned as a part of the annual remuneration of the Board of Directors.
Reka Industrial Plc is holding 24,525 own B shares after this assignment.
