According to decision made by the Annual General Meeting on 24.5.2023 Reka Industrial Plc has assigned 10,354 own B shares to the members of the Board of Directors concerning period 1.4.2023-31.3.2024. The shares were assigned as a part of the annual remuneration of the Board of Directors.
Reka Industrial Plc is holding 37,150 own B shares after this assignment.
