Allocation in private placement

Rejlers AB has, as previously communicated, conducted a private placement of 600 000 shares of class B for a subscription price of SEK 100 per share.

Allocation in the private placement has been made to eleven Swedish and international institutional investors, including major existing and new shareholders: Lannebo Fonder, Nordea Fonder, Didner Gerge, Swedbank Robur, Fondita, Strand Kapitalförvaltning, Paradigm Capital, Öhmans Luxembourg, Chaps Kapital, Prior Fonder and Cintura AB.
