Change in number of shares and votes in Rejlers
Rejlers AB (NASDAQ OMX NORDIC: REJL B) has in February 2014 carried out a fully subscribed new share issue, with deviation from the shareholders' preferential rights, of 900 000 new shares of series B.
The new shares were registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office in February 2014. As per 28 February 2014, the share capital of the company amounts to SEK 24 643 442 and the number of shares to 12 321 721 shares, divided into 1251250 shares of Series A and 11 070 471 shares of series B, corresponding to a total number of 23 582971 votes.
