Change in number of shares and votes in Rejlers
Rejlerkoncernen AB implements a directed new issue of 100 000 shares of series B due to the acquisition of Umeå industri och kraftkonsult AB, IKAB. The new issue was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on May 29.
Prior to the issue, the number of shares amounted to 11 321 721and the number of votes amounted to 22 582971. After the issue, the number of shares amounts to 11 421 721 divided into 1 251250 shares of series A and 10 170 471shares of series B, corresponding to 22682 971 number of votes.
