A change in the number of votes and shares in Rejlers

(REJL B)

At the request of a shareholder 1250 shares of Series A have been converted to an equivalent number of Class B shares during the month of October. In addition, Rejlerkoncernen completed a private placement of 500 000 class B shares to the sellers of Råbe Industrikonsult AB.

The total number of shares today, on the last trading day of the month, amount to 11,321,721 of which 1,252,500 class A shares and 10,069,221 class B shares representing 22,594,221 votes.
