Change in number of shares in the Rejler Group

(REJL B)

Rejlers has, according to decisions at the Annual General Meeting, carried out a directed new issue of 37 720 Class B shares. The company has transformed 38 750 Class A shares to Class B shares according to requests from shareholders in accordance with the conversion provision in the company's articles of association.

The share capital in the Rejler Group as at 30 June 2008 amounts to SEK 21 643 442. The total amount of shares in the company after the changes amounts to 10 821 721 divided into 1 266 250 Class A shares (10 votes per share) and 9 555 471 Class B shares (1 vote per share). The total number of votes amounts to 22 217 971. The Rejler Group owns no shares.
