Rejlers acquires ista Suomi Oy in Finland

The Rejler Group company Rejlers Oy acquires ista Suomi Oy, with business activities in the field of metering and measurement services for electricity, heat and water in Finland. The company started in 1995 and has customers in the C&I, residential and utilities markets. ista has 14 employees in Finland and the office is situated in Vantaa (Helsinki area).

The acquisition complements the business in Rejlers Energy Services in Sweden and Norwayand facilitates a coordination of measurement services within primarily the IT area.

Rejlers Energy Services offers a broad assortment of services within the area of measuring, the collection of measurement test results, hour balancing of accounts, standard balancing of accounts, supplier exchanges, IT and invoicing that are all Complete. With Complete, we mean a service that is clearly defined, quality assured and which provides the customer with a Complete function or a Complete result.
