Change of number of shares and votes in Rejlers

As previously announced, Rejlers AB (publ) ("Rejlers") has carried out a new share issue of 1,725,000 shares of series B at a subscription price of SEK 145 per share. The raising proceeds of approximately SEK 250 million, of which the main part is used for partly repayment of credit facilities taken in Rejlers AB in connection with the acquisition of Eurocon Consulting AB.

As a result thereof, the number of shares and votes in Rejlers has changed. The number of shares in Rejlers today, the last trading day of the month, amounts to 22,106,849 shares, whereof 1,749,250 shares of series A and 20,357,599 shares of series B. The total number of votes in Rejlers amounts to 37,850,099.
