Change of number of shares and votes in Rejlers

As previously announced, Rejlers AB (publ) ("Rejlers") has carried out a directed issue of 1,600,000 shares of series B to qualified investors at a subscription price of SEK 96.40 per share (for further information, see Rejlers' press releases on 24 and 25 October 2019).

As a result thereof, the number of shares and votes in Rejlers has changed. The number of shares in Rejlers today, the last trading day of the month, amounts to 19,687,909 shares, whereof 1,749,250 shares of series A and 17,938,659 shares of series B. The total number of votes in Rejlers amounts to 35,431,159.
