Reit 1 Ltd. ("The Company") hereby announces that on August 13, 2023, the Company's Board of Directors approved the adoption of a voluntary reporting policy in English, in accordance with an announcement made by Israel Securities Authority, published on June 30, 2020 � "An Announcement to Companies: Voluntary Publication of Translations of Reports to English" commencing as of the publication date of the Company's financial reports for the second quarter of 2023. The translation of the reports into English will constitute a "convenience translation" and will be published, after issuing the reports in Hebrew, on reporting form T-150. The Company's reports translated into English will include a clarification that the translation is strictly a convenience translation and that the binding report shall be the submitted Hebrew report. Should the Company decide to publish a partial convenience translation of its reports, the Company will clearly state at the beginning of the report that it is strictly a partial translation. The following are the types of reports that the Company will translate, as well as the timetables for their publication: Presentations to investors and presentations to the capital market (Annual and Semi-Annual) - reporting up to 21 days from the publication date of the Hebrew report. Should the Company's Board of Directors decide to change the abovementioned reporting policy, either by discontinuing the translation or by changing the translation policy, the Company will announce it to the public by reporting in Hebrew and English, at least 30 days in advance.
