Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 5, 2016, Donna Kinnaird, 64, provided notice to the Board of Directors of Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (the “Company”) of her intention to retire on January 31, 2017. Ms. Kinnaird has been with the Company since 2012 and serves as the Company’s Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, as well as a director of certain Company subsidiaries.
