SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PROJECT COMPANY FUNDED BY THE COMPANY
Reference is made to the announcement of Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group Company Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 7 August 2020 in relation to the discloseable transaction of the establishment of Project Company funded by the Company (the “ Announcement ”). Unless otherwise specified, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.
This announcement is made to provide supplemental information on the identity and the shareholding ratio of the ultimate beneficial owner of Wanli Real Estate Company.
INFORMATION OF WANLI REAL ESTATE COMPANY
As at the date of this announcement, the registered capital of Wanli Real Estate Company is legally and ultimately beneficially held by Ms. Ma Yanli and Mr. Ma Xuehai as to approximately 87.41% and approximately 12.59%, respectively.
This announcement is supplemental to and should be read in conjunction with the Announcement.
