Reference is made to the announcement of Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group Company Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 17 December 2018 (the “ Announcement ”).

The Company announces that, in addition to the information disclosed in the Announcement in relation to Ms. Wu Baolan and Ms. Huang Lan, Ms. Wu Baolan and Ms. Huang Lan are currently 51 years old and 47 years old respectively.
