• (1) Please insert your full name(s) in English and Chinese and address(es) (as shown in the register of members) in block capital(s).

• (2) Please insert the number of shares of the Company registered in your name(s).

• (3) In order to be valid, this completed and signed revised reply slip shall be delivered to the office of the Board at the Company’s principal office address at TCEP Building, 76 Weijin South Road, Nankai District, Tianjin, the PRC on or before 4:00 p.m. Friday, 9 December 2016. This revised reply slip may be delivered to the Company by hand, by post or by fax (Facsimile No.: (8622)-23930126).

• (4) The original reply slip for the H Shareholders’ Class Meeting which was despatched on 23 September 2016 (the “ Original Reply Slip ”) lodged by the H shareholder prior to the date of the revised notice of the H Shareholders’ Class Meeting (i.e. 2 November 2016) shall continue to be valid but will be suspended in the event that the same H shareholder has subsequently lodged this revised reply slip.

H shareholder who have not yet lodged the Original Reply Slip but intends to attend in person or by proxy the H Shareholders’ Class Meeting shall use this revised reply slip.
