NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A – SHARE ISSUES

Regis Resources Limited advises that the Company has issued 12,428 ordinary fully paid shares upon the conversion of 17,500 employee options under the Regis Resources 2014 Employee Share Option Plan.

The Company gives notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act that:

  • The options referred to above were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2
  • As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:
  • (i) The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act; and
  • (ii) Section 674 of the Corporations Act
  • There is no excluded information to be disclosed for the purposes of Section 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.

An Appendix 3B is attached for the quotation of these shares.
