DIRECTOR RETIREMENT

Mr Paul Thomas has advised the board of his decision to retire as a director effective immediately. He will continue in his capacity as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) until the end of September 2019.

Regis Chairman Mr James Mactier commented “I would like to thank Paul for the outstanding contribution he has made to Regis since his appointment in 2014, both as a director and as COO. Paul’s operating abilities and his attention to detail is evidenced by the continuing success and growth of the Duketon Operations during his 5-year tenure.
