DIRECTOR RETIREMENT

As previously advised, Mr Ross Kestelretired from the Board of the Company following its Annual General Meeting on 26 November 2019.

Regis Chairman Mr James Mactier commented "I would like to thank Ross for the significant contribution he has made to Regis since his appointment in 2009. Ross's financial and commercial experience has been invaluable to the Company over a long period of time and we wish Ross well in his retirement".
