NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RETIREMENT

The Board of Regis advises that Mr Nick Giorgetta will retire as a director of the Company effective 29 April 2016. Mr Giorgetta was Chairman of Regis from May 2009 until stepping down from that role at Regis' AGM in November 2015. At that time Regis announced that Mr Giorgetta's retirement as Chairman was the first step towards his desire to retire completely from public company life in due course. Nick will retain an active involvement in the resources industry through his Chairmanship of the Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum but otherwise will not be seeking any further public corporate roles.

Regis Executive Chairman, Mr Mark Clark commented "the Board whole heartedly thanks Nick for his significant contribution to Regis over the past seven years and more broadly for his enormous contribution to the gold mining industry in Australia over more than 40 years. We wish him a long and happy retirement”.
