DETAILS OF ANNOUNCEMENT
The Company advises that Mr Richard Wadley has been appointed Joint Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Regis Resources N.L. He specialises in providing financial and company secretarial services to companies at an early stage. He has had extensive experience in the areas of financial management, tax planning, investor relations, technology licensing and capital raisings. CFO Magazine named him Chief Financial Officer of the Year in 1998. He was formerly CFO of Biota Holdings Limited, and is currently Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for BioDiem Limited, Origin Capital Limited and Dynamic Hearing Pty Ltd. Richard practised as a chartered accountant and has had experience in both stock broking and the Australian Stock Exchange.
