Regis Resources Limited ( ASX:RRL ) ( Regis or the Company ) advises that its Annual General Meeting in respect of its financial year ended 30 June 2025 is scheduled to be held on Friday, 21 November 2025.

Details of the meeting venue and other meeting arrangements will be confirmed and made available to shareholders at a later date.

As permitted by the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) , Regis will no longer be sending physical meeting documents to shareholders unless a shareholder has requested that physical copies be posted to them.
